A wife, now soon-to-be-mom, I love to read books, write down interests, listen to music, and delve into musings.
My interest in journaling began earlier on when I wanted to reflect on my life or just needed to vent out. I discovered blogging and started doing it when I was in high school. I learned the art of creatively expressing myself on a web space until it became my hobby.
Moreover, blogging has also led me to enjoy engaging in online communities with shared interests as it has enabled me to learn how to interact with others.
I am also a frustrated photographer. I love capturing what my eyes see especially landscapes and candids. For me, taking pictures is savoring life intensely. It is my way of feeling and touching a particular moment in time.
After a long hiatus in blogging due to other priorities in life, Her Thoughts and Wanders was made to have an outlet for recording life chronicles, adventures, discoveries, and inspirations. Furthermore, it was created to rekindle my enthusiasm for expressing myself and connecting with others. This blog consists of travel + life + style + reading and realizations in life.
One thing I hope you take away from my blog is to live your life to the fullest. Be yourself. Do not be so conscious of what others are thinking, as the truth is, they are also immersed in their own consuming thoughts.
Wear flattering clothes (even bikinis), put on make up, eat what you love, book that ticket, buy that book, pack your bag, and take your wheels on the road.
Slow down, embrace the present moment and make an effort to experience all the things that make you happy to the fullest extent. In the end, it’s not the years in our lives that count. It’s the life in our years. ◝(ᵔᵕᵔ)◜♡
