Hi guys! It's been a year since I posted here and many things have happened already.
Last year, after our Baguio trip in August and November, we went to La Union as year end trip on Dec. 29-30, 2022. We planned to spend a weekend there to enjoy life and be thankful of everything that happened for the year and set our minds to welcome 2023 with a grateful heart, I thought. But someone has a different plan.
We started heading to Elyu by 5AM and we got there at around 10AM or 11AM. We had our lunch at the eatery beside Monaliza Surf Resort were we stayed. After lunch, we took a rest then we went out to enjoy the beach.
While we were taking pictures, I turned around and saw Argel was on his knees beside me holding a ring. He asked me the question that will about to change our lives.
It was the longest one minute of our lives. I knew already the answer to that question, but when I was trying to visualize what would it be in reality, fear and uncertainty crept in. However, I knew that this is the goal when we started dating, and because I can't see my future without him in it, by faith I said yes. 😊
